I love is not just in I was talking to another person who said you know, I would podcast if no one was listening just because it’s it’s personal development. It’s it’s so much more than just how do I you know, have an audience or anything like that it’s really a platform, even if it’s an audience of one I remember I interviewed someone the other week, and just an amazing, amazing agency owner who sold his business and then now does consulting. And I personally sent that to 15 agency owners. I’m like, you need to listen to this episode. And they’re all high level, like CEOs, founders, and they all like, Sure, yeah, listen to it. And the same thing goes with Nicole’s episode today. Because everyone, you know, we were talking about before we hit record about kind of just the mental health of people in this environment and and always like, what’s the most important thing in the business is the people. I mean, you can’t do anything without your people. And so this is why this particular interview I was really excited about and Nicole Martin is Founder of HRBoost. She is a five time best selling author has been featured in Forbes Fast Company magazine. She’s a go to source and full turnkey HR department for a fraction of the cost of what it would take for you to do it. If you hired someone full time on your staff. And she’s redefined what outsourced HR means. And you you know, Nicole, I want you to tell people about your book. And you know, people can check out more on HRBoost.com, but thank you for joining me.

Absolutely, no, I love the two-way exchange of podcasts. And I always say yes to these kinds of things, because I enjoy meeting people like Jeremy who are in my backyard, right? And I think that, just like you said, having the connections and the relationships, I always find it fascinating who you can meet and how you can benefit one another in time. So it’s an honor to be here.
